Much interest in allmineral at BAUMA 2010
Numerous visitors at the Duisburg-based processing specialists's booth

Despite travel difficulties as a result of the volcanic ash cloud this year, the BAUMA was once again a great success for allmineral. Numerous visitors from all over the world interested in our Duisburg-based company visited our booth to find out about our efficient processing and separation of mineral raw materials. "Despite the fact that aircraft were grounded at the beginning of the trade fair, there was a large influx of visitors to our booth" reported a very satisified Dr. Heribert Breuer. He and his experienced team of experts represented the company at their booth in Hall B2, where they were able to make and develop many interesting and important contacts. There were also a number of representatives from our partner companies in Calcutta at the booth - which was only fitting, given that this year’s trade fair in Munich has India as its official partner country, a country that allmineral has been even more closely associated with since its founding of allmineral Asia Pvt. Ltd in Calcutta in June 2009.

Breuer and his team presented the company’s newest generation of high capacity alljig®-gravel jigging machines and allair®-air jigging machines, as well as other trend-setting products for efficient fine particle processing. The >>GR<< line rounds out allmineral’s range of offerings for gravel jigging machines, and the line’s machines clean gravel and crushed stone of up to 80mm in particle size. The line was designed using information gathered from processing ore and metal scoria with alljig®-jigging machines. Since then, many gravel producers in Europe and the US have profited from using this line of machines.

Dry processing is becoming increasingly important, especially in the fields of coal processing and materials recycling - due in part to the large demand from India, where more than 30 allair® coal processing plants are up and running. For the first time ever, allmineral presented to the public the new, simplified air controllers, along with brand new machines that have significantly higher throughput rates. These will soon make it possible to better meet current market demands for products made out of hard and hard brown coal (with high ash or sulfur content).

New developments in the field of fine particle processing were also presented at the BAUMA. For example, part of our current available offerings are complete sand processing plants, which - thanks to a newly developed software component - ensure that the desired pre-set particle-size distribution curve for sand products, even when there is great feeding variation.

Upcoming trade fair appearances

The BAUMA was only one of the many international trade fairs that allmineral is taking part in this year. Already this past April, allmineral was at the LANZCO booth (stand G10) for five days at the EXPOMIN in Chile, a trade fair for those in the field of mining in South America. After the BAUMA in Munich allmineral exhibited from April 26-29th (2010) at the COALPREP trade fair in Kentucky. Together with Hein, Lehmann US Llc., allmineral represented itself at all the major international trade fairs on coal. And from June 22-24th (2010), allmineral will be presenting its latest developments at the HILLHEAD 2010, the largest show of its kind in the world, in the English city of Buxton.
